- These LED T8 bulbs contain no mercury, provide instant light and a uniform light distribution with an optimized glass optic design.
- Engineered to operate directly on 120-Volt - 277-Volt, these minimize labor and recycling costs. They can be used with occupancy and vacancy sensors for enhanced energy savings.
- Type B Ballast Bypass Direct Wire-- requires some rewire to bypass the existing ballast
- Uses 17-Watt to deliver 405nm blacklight illumination
- Patented built-in safety circuit prevents current from flowing through the bulb when only 1 end is engaged in the socket thereby eliminating potential shock hazard
- No risk of electrical arcing between the bulb pins and bulb holders
- For use with shunted and non-shunted sockets therefore no socket change is needed
- Double ended lamp is wired end-to-end preventing non-passive failure of a fluorescent bulb should it be inadvertently installed in the fixture
- Long life: 30,000-hour life (L70)
